Mom took me to see the Easter Bunny for the first time today and it was OK. I wasn't quite sure what to make of him at first though. I didn't cry or anything, but I didn't really want to smile either. I did warm up eventually though and did mangage a smile or two.
Since we had this late winter storm and got all that snow, my daddy made me my very own snowman, isn't he cute! I know, cute just like me. Since I am sick today and not feeling so hot, I couldn't go play in the snow so dad made this for me to make me feel better, he's just the coolest dad ever!
Sunday was my 9 month birthday! I can't believe how fast time is going by. Here is a picture of me my first time on a swing. As you can see, I thought it was lots of fun and can't wait until I can really swing and go higher and higher! Things with me are going really well and any day now mom and dad are convinced that I am going to be crawling. I can get on my hands and knees and I do the rocking thing, so it's only going to be a matter of time now.
I woke up from my afternoon nap and had a little surprise for mom when she came up to get me . . .Here I am sitting up in my crib like a big girl! Mom immediately lowered my crib because she has a feeling that next time I'll be standing there looking at her.
Check me out, aren't I just getting to be the big girl. I haven't figured out how this toy works but I had fun sitting on it anyway!
