Diva in Training

Hello everyone, I wanted you all to see my Diva in Training picture, aren't I cool! I'm getting prepared for the warm sunny days of summer and all of my adoring fans, do you think they will recognize me?

Musical Table

I just wanted evertyone to see my new toy and how much I love it. My grandpop lives in Florida and sent me a gift certificate for Christmas so mom and dad picked this really cool musical table for me to play with. I love all the lights and noise and I am really liking the fact that I can stand!

7 Months Old

Yesterday was my 7 month birthday and I am doing just great. My second bottom tooth is starting to come in and I can sit up by myself and play with my toys! My hair is slowly starting to grow, you can see some little hairs on the top of my head. I also love to laugh at the sillest things and continue to amaze my mom and dad.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year to everyone. I just wanted to give you a little update so you know what is going on with me. On New Year's Day mom broke out the high chair and I got to sit in it and play with spoons, my new favorite thing, while mom and dad ate dinner. It's fun and I get to be as high up as them so I can see what is going on. I have also been eating my cereal and veggies while in the high chair and I'm doing great with it.

My second bottom tooth has started to come in so pretty soon I will have both my bottom front teeth.

I guess that's about all for now. The holidays are over so we are getting back into our normal routine. I went to play group this morning and I really like watching all the kids play and soon I'll be able to join them. Next Monday I am going to a story time at the Voorhees library and I'm really looking forward to that, it's going to be lots of fun! I'll let you know how it goes.

My 1st Christmas!

I just had my first Christmas and it was so wonderful! As you can see, I looked like a princess on Christmas Eve in my super pretty Green and White dress. It was so cool and I got to see Gramdmom and Grandpop, Aunt Renee and Uncle Mark, Justin and Kelly. I wasn't too sure how the whole present thing worked but I still got lots of really cool stuff. Christmas Eve was also another first for me since it was the day that I got my first tooth! You can't really see it, but it's just poked through the skin and trust me, if I bite on your finger, you can definitely feel it! I've been teething for a few weeks now so it was only a matter of time before that first tooth poked out!

Christmas Day was lots of fun as well. Santa got me some really cool stuff and although I still wasn't sure what present were, I really liked sucking on the paper. Dad also got me and mom matching pearl bracelets and they are soo pretty, dad is just the coolest. We had dinner with Granny Sue, Aunt Melissa, Ameil, Leon and Devon and that was lots of fun too.

I think that I'm really going to enjoy this whole Santa/Christmas thing next year!

The Big Apple

This past Saturday, I got to take my first train ride and go to New York City! We saw Santa at Macy's and all the store windows. Walking along 5th Avenue, we saw the windows for Lord and Taylor and Saks, we got to see Rockefeller Center and the really big Christmas Tree. Then we went past Radio City Music Hall and along Broadway through Time Square. It was so much fun and I loved all the lights, decorations and people!

6 Months Old

Hello,

Yesterday was my 6 month birthday, boy how time is just flying by. I can't believe it's been 6 months already and neither can mom and dad. As you can see I am sitting up much better on my own and for longer periods of time. You should here my laugh too, it's really funny, especially when I laugh out loud. Yesterday mom took me christmas shopping with my friends Sarah Jane and Helen (and their mom Aira). We went to Macy's in center city and it was fun. All of us girls were very well behaved too!

I'm Sitting Up

I just wanted to let everyone know that I've started sitting up and it's pretty exciting. It may look like I am leaning on the pillow but I'm really not. Mom just put it there for when I fall back, since I can only sit up for short periods at a time. I like playing with my feet too.

What I've Been Up To

Just a few pictures of what I've been up to lately. Mom and Dad got me this really cool bundle me so I would stay nice and warm on our winter outings. (I think that mom is a little jealous, she wishes they made them in adult size.) I love how it keeps me warm and cozy all the while I still look stylish. Last week for the first time I also got to try out my new exer-saucer and it's really cool. I love to play with all the different things although I am still getting used to it all. This weekend we also put up my first Christmas tree! It was pretty exciting to watch all the lights and the sparkly ornaments. Here is a picture of me infront of my first tree!

My First Veggies

I got to try my first vegetables tonight, peas, and I'm not too sure about these slimy green things. I didn't really cry a lot but I wasn't quite sure what to make of this new flavor. We'll just wait and see how I do.

My First Thanksgivings

This are pictures from my first Thanksgiving(s). We went to Aunt Renee's house on Thanksgiving day and Granny Sue's the day after. We had full turkey dinner on both days and we all gained about 10 pounds. (Except me - all I get is oatmeal for breakfast) Speaking of which... I am doing really good - I eat all of my oatmeal now without fussing.

I am thankful for a wonderful family that takes care of me and loves me everyday.

My New Duds

I just waned to share some pictures with you of me and my styling new clothes. Dad came back from his trip and he brought me this really cool crocheted poncho. Of course I look adorable in it and will be the envy of the town. Mom found this really cute hat for me for when it gets really cold out so I can stay nice and warm! I think it's pretty nice as well and feel good that I'll be stylish yet cozy. I hope that you are all having a good weekend and we'll chat soon.

My Cousins

Today mom and I went to visit my cousins, Justin and Kelly, aren't we all cute. Maybe Justin thinks that touching my head will bring him good luck or something, I just don't know.

5 Months Old

Today is my 5 months birthday and I am doing just great. I'm getting bigger everyday and doing my best to try and sit-up these days. I am not quite getting the hang of the cereal thing yet, but we are wokring on it. I am one happy baby!

Philadelphia Zoo

On Thursday mom took me for my first trip to the zoo and it was lots of fun! I got to see lots of cool animals, like giraffe's, zebra's, elephants and monkey's. I can't wait to go back again when I am a little older and can run around and check everything out.

Me and My Dog

My dog Sage and I were just chilling together and mom got this great picture, aren't we cute together? Not a whole lot has been going on with me this week, just the usual stuff. My dad left on a business trip Monday afternoon and I won't see him again until next Thursday. I really miss him and want him to know that I love him. Mom took me to playgroup this morning then we hung out together at home since it was raining so hard all day. Tomorrow mom is taking me to the zoo for the first time with my friends Matthew, Michael and Sarah Johnson. I am really looking forward to that and it should be a lot of fun. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.

My First Cereal!

This morning I got to try cereal for the first time and it was pretty strange. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it and mom and dad are still getting the hang of making it so it was a little runny. I didn't do bad for my first time though and look forward to trying it again soon!

My First Halloween!

Mom decided that I would make a beautiful flower for Halloween and as you can see from my smile, I liked it! In the morning mom took me to a party at the play group and I got to see all the other kids in their costumes as well, that was fun. Since I'm too young for candy, there was no trick or treating for me this year but I did get to wear my costume and help mom and dad hand out treats to all the kids that came to our house. I really enjoyed my first Halloween and can't wait until next year!

Happy Mischief Night

Mom took this really cute picture of me this morning and just wanted to share it with everyone becasue she says that I look super cute! Mom says that I am too young to go out for mischeif night, but maybe next year. I am looking forward to experiencing my first Halloween, wait until you see me in costume.

My First Wedding

On Saturday mom's cousin Jeff got married and I got to attend my first wedding. I was the talk of the town with my little leopard diva outfit and I had a blast, Dad even danced with me which was lots of fun! Congratulations!
